Or a better way is to go to the Sent box of your email and take a print of that sent email.

If you do not print or screenshots of emails, then you may have to face a lot of problems regarding assignment submission in the future.

Because no one is sent a reply or receipt after sending the assignment to you from IGNOU, it is very important to do this.
